Product Stewardship Guidelines
To ensure the effective implementation of the Product Stewardship Policy of ICP Ladda Co., Ltd., the Company has established the following guidelines for the stewardship and management of its products available in the market. These guidelines are intended to ensure that all products are managed responsibly throughout their life cycle, with due consideration for product safety, human health, and environmental protection.
1. ICP Ladda Co., Ltd.'s Responsibility for Product Quality ICP Ladda Co., Ltd. guarantees that all products manufactured and packaged at the Company's facilities meet the following requirements:
1.1 Active Ingredients Products shall contain the active ingredients as specified on the product label and approved by the relevant authorities during the product registration process, in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Act B.E. 2535 (1992).
1.2 Active Ingredient Content The concentration and quantity of active ingredients shall comply with the established specifications set by the Department of Agriculture and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
1.3 Formulation Quality and Physical Appearance The quality of formulations and the physical appearance of products shall conform to internationally recognized industrial standards.
1.4 Product Warranty The Company warrants that its products will meet the requirements stated in Sections 1.1 to 1.3 for a period of two (2) years from the date of manufacture, provided that the products are stored in accordance with the recommended storage conditions and general storage practices.
2. Product Return and Disposal Policy
2.1 Product Returns and Replacement ICP Ladda Co., Ltd. is pleased to accept product returns or provide replacement products if it can be verified that the products have quality issues, subject to the conditions specified in Section 1.
2.2 Active Ingredient Analysis Service ICP Ladda Co., Ltd. provides active ingredient analysis services at no charge for customers who wish to verify products that are approaching the end of their two-year shelf life.
2.3 Disposal of Expired Products ICP Ladda Co., Ltd. offers a free disposal service for products that have exceeded their two-year shelf life, should customers wish to have such products destroyed.
Customers are responsible for the transportation costs associated with delivering the products from their premises to the Company's facility for disposal. This Product Stewardship Policy is limited exclusively to matters relating to product quality and quality assurance. It does not cover or affect standard commercial terms and conditions governing the sale and purchase of products.
